This salon is governed by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology and Kentucky State Board of Cosmetology.

Thus, follows all rules and regulations in accordance to all safety and infection control procedures: inside the salon, homes of customers, events spaces, and inside the Vehicle. The Vehicle is an extension of the salon and is thus governed in the same designation of the salon.

In addition, customer and employee safety is our top priority. A consultation is required for all services. Please share if you or your loved one is living with any allergies, medical challenges that prevent one from laying flat, swelling, edema, open sores, wounds, and any attached devices or life saving equipment.

The salon uses products and tools that you would find in a salon. Including, but not limited too.

Kentucky State Board of Cosmetology Law

317A.155 Cosmetologists, estheticians, limited stylists, and nail technicians must practice in licensed establishments -- Services to hospice patients, deceased persons in the care of funeral establishments, and persons suffering from attested medical conditions.

  1. (1)  As used in this section, "funeral establishment" means funeral establishment as defined in KRS 316.010.

  2. (2)  Every person practicing as a cosmetologist, esthetician, limited stylist, or nail technician shall practice in an establishment licensed by the board.

  3. (3)  Notwithstanding subsection (2) of this section, persons holding an active license from the board as a cosmetologist, esthetician, limited stylist, or nail technician and who practice in salons licensed by the board shall be permitted to render services outside of an establishment licensed by the board for pay, free, or otherwise, to:

    1. (a)  A person suffering from a terminal illness and who is receiving the services of a hospice program either at home or at a hospice inpatient unit;

    2. (b)  A person who is deceased and in the care of a funeral establishment; or

    3. (c)  A person suffering from a medical condition, as attested by a physician in writing, which limits physical mobility to such an extent that it would impose an undue burden on that person to attempt to travel to an establishment licensed by the board.

  4. (4)  Cosmetologists, estheticians, limited stylists, and nail technicians who render services authorized in subsection (3) of this section shall have the permission of the owner or administrator of the establishment where the services are rendered and the permission of the person, or their legal representative, upon whom services will be rendered.

(A) For purposes of this section, a "limited event" includes, but is not limited to, the following: 

(1) A charity event; 

(2) On-location wedding or event preparation; 

(3) A bridal or hair show; 

(4) An on-location spa event; 

(5) An on-location event at a location such as a nursing home, hospital, or other care facility that lacks an on-site salon or barber shop; 

(6) An on-location event at the private residence of an individual who is unable to visit a fixed location salon or barber shop. 

(B) Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter or Chapter 4709. of the Revised Code, or the rules adopted under either chapter, to the contrary, an individual who is licensed to provide services under Chapter 4709. or 4713. of the Revised Code may provide those services on premises other than a salon or a barber shop licensed under Chapter 4709., as applicable, for limited events only if the services provided are incidental to the licensee's practice in a salon or barber shop. 

(C) The state cosmetology and barber board shall not require an individual who provides incidental services as described in this section to obtain an additional license or permit to provide those services.
