I'm Carolyn Marsh, the founder and salon owner of Home Health Hair, and I'm so glad you're here!
My professional journey combines two of my greatest passions: healthcare and the beauty industry. As a Registered Nurse, Licensed Cosmetologist, Licensed Esthetician, and healthcare business professional, I've had the unique opportunity to see how closely personal appearance, dignity, confidence, and overall well-being are connected.
Throughout my career, I've recognized that something as simple as a haircut can become a luxury for individuals living with medical conditions, mobility limitations, disabilities, or age-related challenges. For many, visiting a traditional salon is no longer possible, but the desire to look and feel their best never goes away.
That's why I created Home Health Hair.
My vision was to bridge the gap between healthcare and cosmetology by bringing the professional salon experience directly to those who need it most. Whether we're visiting someone in their private home, hospital, hospice setting, or senior living community, our goal is to provide more than a beauty service. We want every client to feel valued, comfortable, confident, and cared for.
Today, I'm proud to be building a company that brings together compassionate Traveling Hairstylists, professional beauty services, and a healthcare-informed approach to serving vulnerable communities throughout Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati.

Born and raised in Kentucky, Lauren is a proud graduate of Paul Mitchell The School in Cincinnati. Specializing in perms and highlights, she brings her hairstyling skills and passion for beauty directly to our clients.
As a Traveling Hairstylist with Home Health Hair, Lauren is dedicated to helping individuals look and feel their best while enjoying the comfort and convenience of personalized salon services.

With over 30 years of experience in the cosmetology industry, Andrea brings exceptional hairstyling expertise and leadership experience from managing a local salon franchise chain. Specializing in haircutting, styling, and nail care, she combines her professional beauty skills with her experience and passion for serving others as a Home Health Aide.
