About the Owner

Hey! Happy Hair Day!                                                                                                                             Thank you for looking into Home Health Hair services. Here is a little about me:

          I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and 7 years ago; I called Kentucky my new home! I have spent the last 19 years serving the aging community in different roles and capacities. I have advocated, offered in home services, volunteered, organized-hosted events, managed teams serving in senior living, collaborated with other aging organizations, developed, and fostered government relations; all for the benefit of aging adults and those living with disabilities. 

            I am a recent recipient of the 2021 Scholarship Award offered by the (TristateAPA) Association for Professionals Aging here in Cincinnati! I competed against 75 students in all pursuant degrees, and I was the only bachelor’s degree award winner chosen in several years. The criteria included an essay, resume, transcripts, excellent GPA, professional and educational reference letters to which all encompassed my passion for the aging community. As health care and the beauty industry has been my passion and calling, I continuously look for opportunities to expand my capabilities, gain new skills, and grow current talents.

           I pride myself on my ability to stay calm in risk management, communicating, and coaching procedures. I have interviewed, onboarded, and coached in large corporation franchises, and one-on-one through brand development, analytics, and future planning. I have spoken publicly in front of over 2,000 people and taught classes virtually. I feel that my experience in operation management, business management, labor relations, customer service, sales and my education in diversity, inclusion, and ethics will benefit the clients, staff, and family members of Home Health Hair.

          I absolutely love haircuts and perms. My favorite tool is my shears. My favorite products and tools are Paul Mitchell, Rusk, and Sexy Hair (not paid to say this). In my spare time I volunteer, sew, play my cello, go to church, walk my pugs, and read. Harry Potter Movies are my happy place! Montana is my favorite place to visit! Interesting facts about me: I have been on TV in Atlanta. I have submitted an RFQ and won the bid. I have cut over 150,000 haircuts. 

         Currently, I am in Grad School pursuing my MBA/MHA to better serve my community and to grow Home Health Hair into what I dream it could be!
